The Go In Gourmet use the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. We here at The Go In Gourmet aim to deliver second-to-none customer service and to provide you with the freshest, most gourmet delivered meals to your door. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of our food, or with any aspect of our delivery service contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to refund 100% of your order.
All other requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made over the phone by calling us on any of the phone numbers found on our contact us page
